Enjoy a fun day of hands-on Hakka cultural activities, including:

• Traditional earth oven cooking (Kong Tu Yao)

• Making hand-ground flat rice noodles

• Hakka Pounded Tea (Lei Cha) DIY

• Mochi pounding experience
