Join the Ministry of Education&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>English Language Teaching Assistant (ELTA) Program<\/strong>\u00a0and make a real difference in Taiwanese education\u2014<strong>no Chinese skills or teaching experience<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>required!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What Do\u00a0ELTAs Do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an\u00a0ELTA, you\u2019ll work in public elementary and junior high schools alongside local teachers, supported by experienced advisors from English Resource Centers. In this dynamic role, you\u2019ll assist with thematic lessons\ud83c\udfad, help design engaging lesson plans\ud83d\udcda, serve as an English conversation partner\ud83d\udde3\ufe0f, inspire students at English summer and winter camps\u26fa, coach students for English competitions\ud83c\udfc6, and lead fun club activities\ud83c\udf89.<\/p>\n<p>Our program offers\u00a0<strong>NTD 400 per session<\/strong><strong>\ud83d\udcb0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(40\u201345 minutes each session),\u00a0plus\u00a0<strong>public transport subsidies<\/strong>\ud83d\ude86. All selected\u00a0ELTAs will also join\u00a0<strong>compulsory pre-employment training<\/strong>\u00a0to help you feel confident before starting.
