二、申請資格：
1.具中華民國國籍
2.未滿35歲(1991年4月2日以後出生者)
3.成績係數達2.3者(請依附件說明自行計算)
4.預計於2026年9月秋季赴日交換三個月以上，一年以下。
5.未重複領取其他校內外單位、機關團體所提供之任何獎學金者(詳見簡章說明)。
6.2026年9月1日起至獎學金支領期間期滿為止，為本校正規課程在學學生者。(含大學、碩士班、博士班)
三、申請時間：校內收件至2026年5月15日（五）17:00止。
四、請各系所（如有派遣學生至日本姊妹校）彙整學生之申請資料(請參考附件)於截止時間前送至本處(T1006)。
（每份申請資料請依序以長尾夾固定後，置於A4 L型透明資料夾中繳交，無須裝訂。）
五、國際處選派之交換生資料由本處彙整。

Subject: Forwarding Information on the “2026 Second Term Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association Scholarship (Short-Term Students)” Application Guidelines — Please Announce Accordingly
Explanation:
1. Please refer to the attached documents for the application guidelines and related information.
2. Eligibility Requirements:
(1)Must hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality.
(2)Must be under 35 years old (born after April 2, 1991).
(3)Academic performance coefficient must reach 2.3 (please calculate according to the attached instructions).
(4)Must plan to participate in an exchange program in Japan starting in September 2026 for a duration of at least three months and up to one year.
(5)Must not be receiving any other scholarships provided by internal or external institutions or organizations (please refer to the guidelines for details).
(6)Must be an enrolled student in a formal academic program at this university (including undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral programs) from September 1, 2026, through the end of the scholarship period.
3. Application Deadline:
Applications must be submitted to the OICSA by 17:00 on May 15, 2026 (Friday).
4. Departments (with students nominated to partner universities in Japan) are requested to compile students’ application materials (please refer to the attachments) and submit them to our office (Room T1006) before the deadline.
(Each application set should be secured with a long clip in order and placed in an A4 L-shaped transparent folder. Binding is not required.)
5. Application materials for exchange students selected by the Office of International Affairs will be compiled by our office.
