    http://spirit.tku.edu.tw/tku/main.jsp?sectionId=8
  2. Application Process:
    1. Please register online at https://reurl.cc/aL7yl4. Students from the Department of Political Economics, the English Department (English Program), the Department of Tourism, and the Department of Computer Science (English Program) must also register, but they do not need to participate in the lottery for bed assignment.
    2. Application Period: Please wait for further notification.
    3. Payment Methods:
  3. Confirmation of Dormitory Bed:
    1. Overseas new students applying for dormitory accommodation will be assigned beds as follows:
      • Male students will be assigned to 淡江學園
      • Female students will be assigned to 松濤館
Students from the Department of Political Economics, the English Department (English Program), the Department of Tourism, and the Department of Computer Science (English Program) will be uniformly assigned to 淡江學園. The male and female dormitories are located on different floors, and access is controlled by elevators, so there is no issue with mixed-gender access.
    2. Due to limited bed availability, the bed allocation will be decided by a lottery, which will be announced on (date to be determined). Students applying later will be placed on a waiting list depending on bed availability.
    3. For those approved for accommodation, if you fail to check in by the designated deadline (please refer to the dormitory guidance page for the specific time), please notify the Overseas Student Counseling Team. If you do not check in within the required time, your bed will be canceled, and the fee will not be refunded, even if payment has been made.
  4. Dormitory Fee Standards:
    1. Students who are approved for accommodation must pay the dormitory fees for both the fall and spring semesters by the designated deadlines (please refer to the payment notice for details). Students must stay for one full academic year. If you do not complete the full year of accommodation, the dormitory deposit and accommodation fees will not be refunded, and you will not be assigned a bed in the future. In special cases such as graduation, study abroad, leave of absence, expulsion, or serious illness, you must submit relevant documents and a “Parent’s Consent for Withdrawal from Dormitory” before you can proceed with the refund (including the dormitory deposit). The dormitory deposit will be refunded to the student’s postal account after deducting the relevant fees at the end of the academic year, without interest.
    2. The fee standards are as follows (please refer to the official payment notice from the Dormitory Guidance Team):

  6. Off-campus Housing: If you are interested in renting off-campus housing, we recommend visiting the university’s dormitory guidance webpage and selecting “Cloud Rent” at the bottom left, which provides various off-campus rental information.
