Operation Guidelines for the 114th Year Ministry of Education’s Academic Sea Flying and Academic Sea Cherishing Programs

Explanation:

  1. This is in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Order No. 1100136871A, dated October 20, 2021.
  2. Please refer to the attached guidelines and related documents for more details.
  3. Recommendation Quotas:
    • Learning the Sea and Flying High: If the number of outbound students in the department is 20 or fewer, up to 5 students can be recommended. If the number exceeds 20, up to 10 students can be recommended.
    • Learning the Sea and Cherishing the Pearl: No quota limit.
  4. Departments should gather the materials and submit the following to the International Office by 5 PM on March 5, 2025:
    • Student Basic Information Form (Word file) and Recommendation List (Excel file) to: auix@oa.tku.edu.tw
    • Paper copies of all application documents, including the Student Basic Information Form, Recommendation List, and all related attachments.
