- Application Deadline:
- Applications are accepted from now until March 8, 2022 (Tuesday) at 12:00 PM.
- Students must submit their materials according to the respective department’s submission deadlines. All materials should be sent together by the department to the International Office via official channels.
- Application Process:
- Step 1: Prepare the application form and related materials.
- Step 2: Submit all materials to the respective department for eligibility review and recommendation.
- Step 3: Students who pass the departmental review and receive a recommendation must then submit their documents to the International Office.
- Required Documents:
- Application Form: Please fill it out online and print it. The application website is https://exchange.web.tku.edu.tw/.
- Official Transcript in Chinese (Graduate students should include both undergraduate and graduate transcripts; transfer students must provide transcripts from the previous institution).
- Self-Introduction in Chinese and Foreign Language: Write according to the language group of application.
- Study Plan in Chinese and Foreign Language: Write according to the language group of application.
- Language Proficiency Certificate: Please include photocopies of passing certificates and proof.
- Other Supporting Documents: Any other documents that may help in the qualification review (copies only, originals will be checked).
- Guarantee Letter: Please use A4 paper for documents (originals are not required), organized in an L-shaped folder, and avoid stapling.
- Personal Data Protection: According to the Personal Data Protection Act, applicants’ personal information will only be used for relevant purposes and will be kept in accordance with legal and specific retention periods.
